Our Return & Exchange Policy?

We kindly ask that you inspect your products immediately upon arrival. Returns and exchanges for online purchases are only accepted if the item is proven to be defective.

  • All return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

  • Opened products are eligible for store credit only.

  • In certain cases, requests may be considered up to 10 days from the purchase date.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns/exchanges related to flavor preference.

EZsmok reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange requests at its sole discretion.

Missing or Stolen Orders?

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Third-party carriers may leave the package at your doorstep, porch, or another designated area.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at customer@ezsmok.com for further assistance.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or deemed undeliverable by the final carrier, please notify us at care@ezsmoke.com.

Once the package is received back, our returns team will process it and issue a refund for the subtotal of your order. For orders with free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Please inspect your promotional items immediately upon arrival. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is proven to be defective.
